Her Philosophy
Sarah creates accessible yoga classes with good music, good vibes, and a welcoming spirit.
Yoga is a practice of presence, not perfection. Every body is welcome, every experience is valid, and every breath brings you closer to yourself. Sarah’s classes honour where you are today, whether you're healing, strengthening, exploring, or simply showing up.
She believes in creating space for authenticity over achievement, connection over competition, and joy over judgment.
My Path to Teaching
My yoga journey began in 2002, sparked by simple curiosity and a rented VCD. What started as a solo practice in my living room soon blossomed into a lifelong passion. Over the next two decades, I dedicated myself to the mat, exploring studios, workshops, and retreats to deepen my understanding of this ancient practice.
In 2012, I completed my Foundation Course with the British Wheel of Yoga. Since then, my practice has evolved alongside my life. Yoga remained a steady companion through the transformative experience of pregnancy and the beautiful, busy transition into motherhood.
In 2026, I deepened my commitment to sharing yoga with others by completing my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, along with certifications in Hot Yoga and Rocket Yoga.
I believe yoga is a universal language. It is for everyone, regardless of age, race, or size.
My goal is to create an inclusive space where every student feels seen, supported, and truly welcome.
My Journey
Sarah’s yoga journey began in 2002, when a simple curiosity grew into a lifelong practice. Over the years, yoga has become both a personal anchor and a path of continuous learning, guiding her toward deeper presence, balance, and connection.
Through dedicated study, workshops, and teaching, Sarah shares yoga as a practice that supports the body, calms the mind, and nurtures a sense of inner wellbeing.
